My name is Ryan Wegner. I’m a Canadian Worship Leader, Pastor, and recording artist with a heart for worship, people, and the local church.
I’ve spent the last 15 years working at Hope City Church in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada as Worship Pastor. In that time, I had the privilege of helping our church navigate rapid growth from two Sunday morning services to what is now a multi-site church with a total of 11 services, reaching thousands in the Greater Edmonton Area. It’s been an honour to spend over a decade leading worship, building teams, and creating space for the people of God to encounter Him, and part of me thought that I would stay in that role for decades to come - but something began to stir in my heart.
Over the past few years, I began to see a consistent need when talking to peers and pastors across North America: gifted worship leaders longing for excellence, but often lacking intentional mentorship, formation, and support and churches that were longing for vibrant, healthy worship ministries, but had difficulty seeing it come to pass.
Crafted is a culmination of those amazing (and sometimes challenging) years spent serving my local church, my own faith journey, and the hundreds of conversations that I’ve had with church leaders. This past January after much prayer and discernment, I made the difficult decision to step away from my Worship Pastor role at Hope City to be obedient to what God was asking me to do - make room in my life to serve the wider church-at-large, partnering with worship leaders and congregations to cultivate worship ministries that are healthy, grounded, and sustainable.
Crafted exists to strengthen both the heart and the craft of worship - forming leaders with care, clarity, and purpose so churches can benefit from worship ministries that are deeply rooted and faithfully led.

Single Event Booking
In addition to offering my 3 main mentorship tracks, I’m also making myself available for single event bookings.
These services include: worship leading, speaking, running worship team development events, guest lecturing, and single coaching sessions focussed on a specific area of growth (songwriting, leading with tracks, leading worship with sensitivity, how to pick songs, etc).
